CyberCCE+ is a Software product specially developed for CBSE schools to maintain and analyse their data pertaining to student admission, student/staff profile, attendance, assessments, parent-teacher communication and maintaining accounts & payments.

The various modules available in CyberCCE+ facilitate all the processes of your institution, from admission of new students to generating transfer certificates when students complete their studies.

CyberCCE + has been designed and developed using the latest technologies to reduce the development and implementation cost of the product.

System Administration:

Administrators can perform all the system level configurations using this module including

  • Setting up system parameters
  • Creating and editing application users
  • Setting up access control for the users
  • Master data maintenance

Access Control:

Administrators can control the access levels of all the application users using this module

  • Various levels of access controls can be set for the users to allow them to work on specific modules
  • Users can further be restricted to work on specific functions within those modules
  • Access to those function can further be restricted by setting Read Only or Read-Write permissions.
  • Workgroups can be defined with predefined set of privileges for a specific group such as Teachers, Accounts, Admin etc.

Enquiry & Admission:

This module  automates the various steps involved in enquiry and admission of students, including registration, stream assignment and document submission.

  • Manages admission enquiries made by parents.
  • Facility to send reminder SMS for pending enquiries.
  • Registration of successful candidates.
  • Various reports can be generated such as daily enquiry, daily form sales, daily admissions and many more.

Evaluation & Grading:

The student evaluation & grading module of CyberCCE+ provides a very user friendly and flexible interface to set and manage the grading and evaluation system for each class

  • Define and maintain all the assessments, on the basis of which the students will be evaluated throughout the academic session, e.g. unit test, projects, subject enrichment, half yearly exam, yearly exam etc. along with their total marks
  • Define and maintain the academic terms for the session(Term I, Term II) and map the assessments that will be present in each term
  • Define the evaluation types (scholastic, co-scholastic)
  • Define and maintain all the subjects along with their class mappings
  • Mapping of each subject with assessments and terms in which they will be evaluated and setting the maximum marks for each subject.
  • No need to define the mappings for each and every subjects, the mappings can easily be copied from one subject to others
  • User friendly and simple interface for entering student marks/grades based on class, subject, term and assessment
  • Marks can be entered manually or could be uploaded through excel file
  • Excel template with all the required fields can be downloaded and distributed to teachers. The downloaded excel template is protected, nothing could be changed other than marks and remarks
  • Marks/grades for the co-scholastic subjects can be entered in same way
  • Grade upscaling feature according to CBSE norms

Fee Collection:

  • Supports both, monthly and quarterly, mode of payment
  • Fee structure can be defined for each class. Fee structures can be defined for one class and easily be copied to other classes with similar fee structure
  • Any number of discounts can be defined and mapped to students
  • Different fees frequency (monthly, quarterly, biannual, annual) can be defined for individual fees heads
  • Easy searching and printing of old fees receipts
  • Fee defaulters report can be checked and parents can be reminded about the pending fees via sms
  • There are multiple reports on collected/pending fees
  • SMS confirmation is sent on parent’s mobile as soon as the payment is made

School Transport:

This module is designed to help you plan and manage your institution’s transportation system. Transportation administrator can record vehicle information and define vehicle routes based on the number of stops

  • Custom fields can be added to record any additional information required by your institution
  • Students can be assigned to the bus routes based on their pickup and drop spots
  • Different bus fares can be defined for different routes and stops
  • Custom reports can be designed for analysis regarding student allotments , routes and vehicles

Certificate Generation:

Different types of certificates that school must provide to its students and parents can be easily generated.

  • Certificates include Bona fide Certificate, Character Certificate, IT Certificate, Transfer Certificate etc.
  • Income tax certificates can be provided to the parents against the tuition fees paid during the academic year.
  • Any new certificates/reports required by the institute can be developed and implemented with minimum time and effort.

Report Generation:

Any report related to the management, accounts, students, evaluation, fees etc. can be easily generated.

  • You can get a detailed level report of the core data by checking these reports.
  • The reports are dynamic and get automatically updated as per the changes in data.
  • Each report can be printed directly or exported to a variety of formats such as CSV, XLS, PDF etc.

SMS Integration:

By integrating CyberCCE+ with a bulk SMS service provider, schools can use the SMS module to send SMS text messages to parents and employees

  • Integration with fees module to send automatic confirmation message on receipt of payment
  • Messaging wizard to easily send bulk messages to parents and employees
  • Placeholder support in text messages to create custom messages
  • SMS server monitor to keep track of all the sent, pending and failed messages with facility to resend failed messages
  • Facility to monitor remaining SMS credits
